Complex Nail Art Freestyle includes: Intricate designs that require more time, hand painted art on 90% of nails, elements such as chrome, 3D, hand sculpted art, intricate use of charms, encapsulations. *Our service includes precise nail trim and shaping, along with careful cuticle care, sugar scrub, hand mask, hot towels, and a 10 minute hand massage
Cancellation Policy
Salon Policy At Nailz By Art Deco I strive to provide a high-quality, professional nail experience while respecting both my time and yours. Please read and acknowledge the following policies before booking your appointment. Deposit & Payment Policy • All new and existing clients are required to pay a non-refundable deposit when booking. This deposit will go toward your service total. • Deposits are required to secure your appointment—appointments without a deposit will not be confirmed. • Accepted payment methods: Debit, Credit, Zelle, and Apple Pay. Cash is only accepted for tips. Cancellation & Rescheduling • Clients may cancel or reschedule their appointment up to 48 hours prior to their scheduled time without penalty. • Cancellations made less than 48 hours prior to the appointment will require a new deposit to rebook. • No-call, no-show appointments will result in loss of deposit and may require full payment upfront for future bookings, . Refunds & Repairs • No refunds will be given for any service. • I offer one complimentary repair within 7 days of your appointment for minor issues such as lifting or chipping. Late Arrival Policy • There is a 10-minute grace period for all appointments. • At 11 minutes late, the appointment will be canceled, and the deposit will be forfeited. A new deposit will be required to rebook. • If I, the service provider, am more than 10 minutes behind, you will receive a $20 discount on your service as a courtesy.
